How do I make a reservation ?
As Spa Bromont is a very popular destination, we recommend you reserve your treatments in advance especially if you plan to come on a weekend or certain days of the week.

For reservations, call 1 800 567-7727 or go to the reception desk. You will be asked to indicate your choice of treatments and provide a credit card number. Credit cards are also required when reserving treatments for which you intend to pay using a gift certificate or SpaDollars.

Are there men and women therapists at Spa Bromont?
Our team of massage therapists includes both men and women. During your session, you are never completely uncovered: the part of your body being massaged is the only part not covered up. If you have a preference, be sure to request either a male or female therapist when making your reservation. All of our beauty and body care treatments are provided by professional female estheticians.

When should I plan to arrive?
We ask that you check in at the Spa Bromont reception desk at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment. In the case of late arrivals, we cannot guarantee an extension of your scheduled treatments.

What should I bring?
You don't need much. For the duration of your visit, we provide a soft bathrobe, slippers, towels and a locker with a key. Hair dryers, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion are also available in the dressing rooms. For certain treatments, you are required to wear underpants. To use the hamman facilities, you will need a swimsuit and beach sandals. If you forget any of these items, they can be purchased at our boutique.

Should I mention any health problems or allergies?
On your arrival, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire, which we will use to adapt your treatment to any health conditions you may have. If you are under a doctor's supervision, you are advised to consult your doctor before your visit.

Can I obtain a receipt?
You can obtain a receipt for insurance purposes when you receive a massage. All our massage therapists are certified by a professional corporation and authorized to issue receipts in the name of the person receiving a massage. Be sure to ask for your receipt at the end of the session.
Conditions may vary from one insurance plan to the next, so you may want to contact your insurer before your visit.
